We sell ready-made stocked inventory: men's training shorts and men's compression base layers held in our own stock and shipped from Peekskill. Product descriptions, measurements, and images are given as accurately as we can manage, and screens vary in how they render color. Availability is not guaranteed, and where an item sells out after your order is placed we tell you and refund in full.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. A change never affects an order already placed. If an obvious pricing error appears on a listing, we will contact you before processing the order and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when the order is dispatched. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where a listing carried an error.

8. Payment and billing

Payment is taken in full at checkout through PayPal's gateway, which accepts PayPal balances, debit cards, and credit cards. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the method chosen. Failed or declined payments create no order and take no money. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will look at the transaction, and where a chargeback is raised we cooperate with the payment provider and supply the order and delivery records they ask for.

9. Shipping

Rates, cutoffs, handling, and delivery estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, and delays caused by carriers or by conditions outside our control are handled as described there.

10. Returns and cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Cancelling or changing an order is governed by the Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

Use the site for shopping and for reading what is on it. Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape it at scale, place orders under a false identity, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts and orders connected to that kind of activity may be suspended.
