8. Repeat infringers

Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others lose access to the site and to any services connected to it.

9. Misrepresentation

Under section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees. File carefully.
